    Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds helped make the stay enjoyable. Limited parking spaces were frustrating. Nice location for walking around.

    The apartments were brand new, very comfortable and well equipped. Our hosts Lisa and Colin were very pleasant and helpful and made our stay in Rotorua a pleasure.

    The location is superb, with shops and dining just a short walk away, and the roomy apartment had great amenities like a washer and dryer. The bathroom vanity felt cramped and we struggled with temperature control during winter nights.

    My wife and I, had a great stay at the Quest Rotorua Central. The apartments were very clean,spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Very convenient central city location. Great hosts with fantastic staff.. Highly recommend.

    wonderful relaxing good basic hotel with fairly friendly staff. good sized unit on the balcony. shopping area, very central location short walk to a kiwi sanctuary and the maori village experience, and the centre of rotorua. spa lounge for guests, overall terrific service. late check-out.

    Excellently equipped room, with modern white goods, plenty of room, and an interesting spa bath on the balcony. City centre location with car parking. Very friendly and helpful franchise owners who made great suggestions for what to do.

    Perfect for a couple's getaway

    The hot tub on the balcony was a game changer, just like the flawless cleanliness of the room.

    It wasn't the cheapest place around, but you know what, I think it was worth it.
